MEET NICOLE

Nicole Gunn grew up in the gym. Some of her earliest memories include watching her mom teach group exercise classes and her dad prepare for bodybuilding competitions. Surrounded by fitness from a young age, Nicole developed a natural passion for health and movement that ultimately shaped her career.
Nicole earned her degree in Exercise Physiology from Springfield College, where she discovered her passion for helping others improve their health and well-being through fitness. Through her own personal experiences, she came to understand that true health extends beyond physical fitness and includes nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle habits. To deepen her knowledge, Nicole continued her education at Northeastern University, where she earned her Master’s degree in Nutrition.
With over a decade of coaching experience since 2014, Nicole works with a wide variety of clients and believes that sustainable health comes from building habits that support both body and mind. She specializes in helping clients with weight loss, strength training, beginners starting their fitness journey, women’s health, prenatal and postnatal fitness, GLP-1 lifestyle support, and overall healthy lifestyle development.
Nicole holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Health Coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Olympic weightlifting certification from USA Weightlifting, and a Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist certification from ProNatal Fitness. She is also CPR/AED certified.
In addition to personal training at Lynx Fitness Club, Nicole runs her nutrition and health coaching business, Nicole Gunn Wellness LLC, where she offers online nutrition programs, personalized coaching, and strength training programs. She works with clients both in person and online to create practical, sustainable plans that fit into real life.
Outside of the gym, Nicole enjoys skiing, traveling, visiting breweries with her husband, and spending time with her dog, Rodger. She’s also a die-hard fan of the show Friends, which she has probably watched more times than she can count.
