Hello, I’m Nikki! I grew up in the gym. Some of my first memories are of my mom teaching group exercise, and my dad prepping for a bodybuilding competition. Not exactly sure what to do as a 17-year-old applying to college, I followed in my parents and older sister's footsteps and applied for Exercise Physiology programs.

Springfield College, is where I discovered my love for helping people through health and wellness and was eager to make it my career. Through my own personal struggles, I realized that health is not just in the body, but also the mind. I knew that exercise was only part of the equation so I decided to further my education at Northeastern University, where I received my Masters Degree in Nutrition.

I have spent the last 6 years post-graduation devoting my life to helping people find health and well-being through every aspect of their lives. I’m knowledgeable and passionate about the science of exercise and nutrition, but also have an understanding for the psychology and importance of incorporating all three. Through training and one-on-one nutrition coaching, I have found the perfect career where I can leave an impression simply by helping people make small sustainable changes to improve their well-being.
