Golf Member Booking Perks and Policies

Out with the old. Previously, members were not permitted to book multiple back to back 30-minute sessions. Additionally, time extensions came at a higher cost and did not include guests, who also came at an extra cost.

In with the new. Indoor golf is hot right now! In an effort to ensure that all members are able to book time during peak times and to make it smoother to book extended time as well as include guests, we’re implementing the following new perks and policies! This means less hassle and more fun for all!

Simulator Booking Rules

All reservations can now be booked up to 14 days in advance!

  • Off-Peak Hours | Weekdays 6AM-4:30PM:
    Golf members can book a maximum of two (2) back-to-back 30-minute unpaid (included in membership) sessions.*

  • Peak Hours | Weekdays 4:30-Close and All Day Weekends:
    Golf members can book a maximum of one (1) 30-minute unpaid booking.*

  • Time Extension Credits and Guests:
    While you can stay beyond your 30-minutes if no one is booked behind you, you now have the option to lock in a time extension. Extended Booking Credits allow golf members to pre-reserve longer bookings (up to 4 hours) and come with up to 3 guests** at no additional charge. Extended credits must be used for any pre-booked reservation made by a golf member for more than 30 minutes during peak times and for any pre-booked reservation more than 60 minutes during off-peak times.

  • Combining Unpaid Sessions with Paid Sessions

    Off-Peak Hours: Golf members can tack on two 30 minute 'complimentary' sessions to any paid session.
    Peak Hours: Golf members can tack on one 30 minute 'complimentary' session to any paid session.
    Guests included in the time extension are also allowed to stay for the additional 30 or 60 minutes.

    *Members may still continue to utilize the simulator beyond the ending time of their reservation (in an unscheduled manner) until the following reservation begins.

    ** Members may not bring the same guest more than 3x/ month.

How to Book Your Sessions

  • Booking 30-minute Included Sessions
    1. Log in to your ClubReady Members mobile app here
    2. Under “Additional Services” on your Dashboard, tap “Golf Mem Sim Rental”
    3. Select date and time on the calendar
    4. Choose [30 Min.] in your desired Suite
    5. Confirm booking
    6. Repeat for an off-peak back to back booking

  • Purchasing and Booking Extended 60-Minute Booking Credits
    + To purchase extended booking credits via the ClubReady mobile app:
    1. Log in to your ClubReady Members mobile app here
    2. Tap “Credits” in the top right hand corner of your dashboard
    3. Under “Buy Credits” tap “One-Time”
    4. Choose [Golf Mem Sim Rental X hrs]
    5. Checkout

    + To book extended booking credits via the ClubReady mobile app:
    1. One you’ve purchase your extended credits. Follow the same process as above for 30-minute sessions, choosing 60-minutes instead.

What happens when you break the rules?

Hey, it happens sometimes! Our staff will be monitoring bookings on a daily basis. If you have booked back to back sessions violating our policy outlined above, a member of our staff will give you a call and email you. While we transition to this new policy, we will hold your booking for one hour after we alert you in the event you would like to pay for an extension. After an hour that time slot will be released.
