Hi everybody, I’m Kyle!
One of my passions outside of my own health and fitness is to help others. I not only want to help you achieve your specific and individual goals, but I want to help you live longer, healthier, and happier lives!
From a young age I was drawn to anything sports and tried my hand at many of them, but ultimately found my love for the weight room my freshman year of high school. This passion blossomed as my high school years went on and ultimately helped me choose my career path. I went on to UMass Amherst where I studied Kinesiology. While at UMass I developed that itch to help people, but couldn’t really focus in on a specific area. Then, one strength and conditioning course changed my path and passions forever.
I took a deep dive into strength and conditioning. I received my Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning from Bridgewater State University and was ready to hit the ground running. My knowledge grew with each experience in the field. For the next 3 years I developed my craft. I was an assistant strength coach at Bridgewater State University, Georgetown University, and the University of Louisville just to name a few.
This has all led me back to the Boston area where I was born and raised. With 6 years of helping people in commercial and sports performance settings, my goal of helping people continues to grow. My experience is broad and spreads to coaching kids and helping them reach their goals of playing professional sports all the way to the older population who is just looking to move around and chase their grandkids. I want to leave an impression on anyone I help by showing them the joys and successes of exercise!
On top of my Bachelors and Masters Degrees I hold my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification. I am always trying to challenge and better myself with knowledge in the field of health and wellness.
