MEET CADE

Hi everyone, I’m Cade!

Growing up my passion was always sports, no matter what I did in life I knew I wanted to be around them. I always had an itch for working out. I was the guy whose friends would ask me to hangout but my answer was always constant: “Once my workouts over”

During High school I suffered a very serious wrist injury leaving me no choice but to get 4 screws placed in my wrist. I spent almost 2 years unable to touch a weight for my upper body, and had to become very creative on how to train. This injury opened my eyes to the world of training and strength and conditioning.

As life went on I played collegiate football and decided to study physical education not knowing where to steer for my career path. One semester I decided to take a weight lifting class and began to have a lot of fun with it. Not only did it bring joy to my day but made me realize I could turn this into a career. Shortly after this semester I decided I wanted to pursue a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning from Bridgewater State. I wanted to help athletes like myself who were overlooked by the bigger schools get a chance to make a name for themselves.

After graduating with my Masters Degree, I worked as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Louisville as well the College of Holy Cross. For those 3ish years I developed my craft and decided it was time to leave the collegiate level and enter the private sector. This was exciting for me because now I had the chance to build a clientele of my choice.

As a coach I love to see people succeed and reach their goals. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing your people get to where they want to be. My goal as a trainer/coach is to prove to you that age is just a number and that you can stay young forever. Changing the way you look at life and fitness is what I do best, “trusting the process” is a huge part of how I do things. There is always a “why” for what I do with my clients and I promise it is for the better.
