Classes Taught at Lynx:
Fitness Background:
Despite having been an athlete growing up, I consider my fitness journey to have started back in 2008, after a serious car accident that resulted in a spinal fusion. After several months of physical therapy, I started educating myself on different styles/modalities of training that would best support my healing process. Maintaining a safe and functional strength and conditioning program enabled me to not only lead an active lifestyle, but also encouraged me to pursue my first group fitness training certification in 2012. I have coached classes of various sizes ranging from 3-53, but small group training is my favorite by far!
