0 : 100 walking lunges (50 each side)
10 yard line : 90 goblet squats
20 yard line : 80 alt hang power cleans
30 yard line : 70 Push press (35 each side)
40 yard line : 60 Alt Snatches
50 yard line : 50 thrusters (25 each side)
60 yard line : 40 burpees
70 yard line : 30 alt Devil presses
80 yard line : 20 weighted sit-ups
90 yard line : 10 alt man makers
