PERSONAL TRAINING DETAILS

Choosing the right trainer for you is very important. Before you hit the ground running with your fitness program, we first have to understand how your unique body moves.

­

Your first session is a complimentary assessment. This appointment will provide us with the necessary feedback to create an action plan and choose the right trainer for you. 

­

Training sessions range from $100-$150 per single session and can be purchased in packages.
