MEET SCOTT VETTER
Hey everyone, I’m Scott!
Sports, competition, and physical fitness have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up around horses and rodeo and played sports throughout my childhood, eventually going on to become a collegiate baseball athlete. Being an athlete taught me early on that progress doesn’t come from simply wanting to get better—it comes from showing up, putting in the work, and doing it consistently.
In 2013, I found CrossFit and was immediately drawn to the combination of strength, conditioning, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and the competitive side of training. What started as another way to challenge myself quickly became a major part of my life.
My transition from athlete to coach happened around 2019–2020. The CrossFit gym I trained at was preparing to close, and rather than simply finding somewhere else to train, two friends and I decided to open a gym of our own. I quickly discovered that I enjoyed helping other people reach their goals just as much as I enjoyed training myself.
There’s something incredibly rewarding about watching someone accomplish something they once thought was out of reach—whether that’s getting their first pull-up, lifting a weight they never thought they could, improving their conditioning, or simply becoming more confident in themselves.
Over the years, coaching has given me the opportunity to work with people with a wide range of backgrounds, abilities, and goals. One of the biggest things it has taught me is that there is no single approach that works for everyone. Good coaching means meeting someone where they are, understanding where they want to go, and building a path to get them there..
Whether your goal is to lose body fat, build muscle, get stronger, improve your conditioning, move better, or simply become a healthier version of yourself, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your goals and your life.
For me, coaching isn’t just about getting someone through a workout. It’s about teaching people how to train, helping them understand why they’re doing what they’re doing, and giving them the tools and confidence to continue progressing long after our sessions are over.
