The Member Service Associate plays an integral role in providing legendary customer service to our members and guests by fulfilling the following responsibilities:
Create a customer-service focused environment that is friendly, welcoming, and supportive, creating raving fans and seeking to provide members and guests with exceptional experiences.
Work in partnership with other members of the Lynx Fitness Club team and as an integrated member of the Lynx Community and contribute to the effective and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of the department and club.
Contribute to the overall financial success of the club by facilitating proper guest check-ins, ensuring active membership status, updating billing information, assisting in on-site purchases, and more.
Commitment to providing top notch customer service and some experience working in a fast paced customer service role;
Experience working with a diversity of people;
Team player who approaches challenges in a creative and positive manner;
Excellent communicator – history of conflict resolution, active listening and written/verbal communication skills;
Organized, flexible and resourceful;
Ability to execute multiple tasks at once, handle multiple projects simultaneously and remain resilient in a fast-paced environment;
Computer-savvy and proficient in using Microsoft Office;
Current CPR/AED Certification (can obtain within three months of starting employment);
